"LeesFerry" is the total naturalized water-year flow of the Colorado River at Lee's Ferry (acre-feet). Data was downloaded from USBR on 2014-07-02.
"ONI" is the Dec-Feb Oceanic Niño Index. Negative values can be considered cold events in the Equatorial Pacific and positive values can be considered warm events. Data was downloaded from NOAA on 2014-07-02.
